Elene Panchulidze

Elene Panchulidze is research coordinator at the European Partnership for Democracy where she oversees the European Democracy Hub. She previously worked at the European Endowment for Democracy, the College of Europe, the Georgian Institute of Politics and the EU Delegation to Georgia. Her research focuses on democratization, gender, civil society, and EU foreign policy. She has authored numerous academic articles and book chapters as well as policy reports for academia and international organizations. She is on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list.
