Gary Klaukka is the Director of the Office at the European Network of Political Foundations (ENoP), where he oversees strategic planning, coordination, and implementation of the organisation’s programmes and partnerships. With a strong background in EU foreign policy, development cooperation, and democracy support, Gary has worked extensively across institutions, civil society, and multilateral initiatives.

Prior to joining ENoP, he held roles within the European Commission (DG INTPA) and served as a Senior Policy Officer at International IDEA, focusing on democracy and electoral assistance in external action. His experience includes engagement with the European Endowment for Democracy (EED) and advisory roles on EU global strategy and democratic governance.

Gary brings a cross-sectoral perspective rooted in political foundations, international cooperation, and institutional advocacy, and is committed to advancing inclusive democratic resilience within and beyond the EU.
