SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

All participants should have received an email confirming their registration. The IDD Brussels Conference will take place on 17 September. Please read carefully the access procedures for the day:

  • Registration Procedure: Before the event, you will receive a series of automated emails directly from the EESC system, which will guide you through the final steps to provide you with a QR code needed for check-in. Please follow the instructions in these emails carefully and keep your QR code accessible upon the arrival to the venue.
  • On the day of the event:
    • Bring a valid photo ID (passport or national ID card).
    • Go through the security screening at the main entrance (left side).
    • Show your QR code.
    • Collect your visitor badge, which must be worn visibly throughout the event.
