Andrei Lutenco is co-founder and director of the Center for Policies and Reforms in Moldova, where he works on issues of access to information, public participation, deliberative democracy and freedom of assembly. He is also a rights activist in Moldova and was part of several human rights and humanitarian civil initiatives and movements. He has a master’s degree in human rights law from the Central European University.
