JORGE JRAISSATI

Jorge Jraissati is a Venezuelan economist and President of the Economic Inclusion Group, a global coalition advocating for financial reforms and youth representation in policy-making. His work on the “right to banking” and protection against de-banking has been supported by the OECD, Council of Europe, and Financial Action Task Force. A researcher at IESE Business School and Florida Atlantic University, his research has been published in the Brookings Institution and Foreign Policy, and presented at Harvard and Cambridge. He also leads the Venezuelan Alliance, addressing his home country’s humanitarian crisis through policy advocacy.
