This WYDE session brings together practitioners from different regions to explore how communities are reshaping leadership, political participation and representation from the ground up. Through first-hand perspectives, the panel will examine what democracy support actors can learn from grassroots movements—and how the sector can better adapt to the realities on the ground.
The discussion will be moderated by Chiara Grigolo of International IDEA, with contributions from Emmy Otin, Tosin Ajayi and Camila Gil.
